Helsel Lumber Mill Purchases Hydromat Moulder

July 2004 - Helsel Lumber Mill, Inc. installs a Weinig 23C Hydromat Moulder in its Dimension Mill complementing its already vast range of high tech lumber manufacturing equipment.   The Hydromat Moulder employs the following characteristics: true and precise running tolerance levels with excellent quality spindles, optimal spindle speed and stability, a smooth and strong feed system for consistent wood transport through the machine, cutterheads with precision, balance and operating accuracy to hold tolerances while removing large amounts of wood at very high speeds and finally, the running capacity of producing 200 feet per minute. This new machine will allow Helsel Lumber to customize moulding profiles and high-end premium finished moulding products.   The addition of the Weinig 23C Hydromat Moulder further strengthens Helsel Lumber Mill's goal of improving its already superior quality as well as enhancing speed, accuracy, productivity, and efficiency in order to produce and provide the best Pennsylvania Hardwood products for its customers.
